Method 1

Wash your hands and don't leave long fingernails to avoid scratching your lenses. Clean the lens, place the lens in the palm of your hand, and add 2-3 drops of care solution. Rub the lens radially from the inside out for 5-10 seconds with the other index finger. Both sides! Gently hold the contact lens by hand or with tweezers and rinse with a solution. Pick up the lens after cleaning and rinse the front and back with a fresh care solution. Store rinsed lenses in a box filled with 3/2 solution for at least 4 hours.

Matters needing attention

When cleaning contact lenses, remember to rub them in a straight line. When cleaning the lens, only a care solution can be used. Other liquids are irreplaceable. Use your fingertips when cleaning your contact lenses. The front and back of the lens need to be cleaned. Start from the same eye, and develop the good habit of wearing the same lens. Avoid the wrong left and right lenses, especially when the left and right eyes are wearing lenses of different degrees. Clean immediately after taking off the contact lenses.

For replacement contact lenses, the lenses need to be cleaned immediately after each removal. Daily disposable contact lenses can be removed and discarded after a day's wear. Do not use tap water.
